Always be sure any cat or kitten in your household that might use the Litter-Robot weighs at least 1.36 kg. Cats must weight 1.36 kg or more to safely use the Litter-Robot 4 in Automatic Mode

Pro Tip, make sure you are using suitable clay clumping litter in the manual litter system BEFORE introducing the Robot, as familiar litter will help your cats recognise the Litter-Robot™ is a new litter box, just a different shape, and will make the transition faster and easier for all.

The Automatic Litter-Robot™ 4 comes in a BIG BOX, and is delivered by Courier to your door from our Auckland warehouse, with signature required. You do need to make suitable arrangements for receiving the Litter-Robot™, so that you are not disappointed or delayed in receiving it asap. Please note New Zealand Post Offices and Boxes are not able to deliver or receive this item. If you need help with planning safe arrival, please email sales@catevolution.co.nz as redeliveries do incur additional costs.

Love it! My female cat used it straight away and clearly loves it! My male cat has officially used it for the first time today! Took him 2 weeks to use it as he is the definition of a scaredy-cat, but he finally did. It is so worth the money; not having a house smell bad anymore! And saving so much money on litter!

I have a chronic illness that has gotten worse over the years and scooping 4 litter boxes a day for my 3 cats became something I really dreaded. I was very nervous about purchasing the Litter-Robot because of the price but the returns guarantee really gave me peace of mind. Within one day I had one cat, my 17 year old elderly girl using it, then the next day my 5 year old boy used it, and while it did take my 3rd cat (12 year old girl) two weeks to use it, I have now been scoop free for weeks and I love it. No smell, super easy to clean up, and I love being able to easily monitor who is using the litterbox with the app. I highly recommmend this for any cat owner, it has been life changing for me.

One of the best purchases I’ve made in regards to having cats. I have two cats and seemed to be constantly having to scoop litter to keep the smell down and the litter clean. Sometimes,like when on 12 hour shifts the litter gets dirty waiting for me, but this gives the cats access to clean litter at all times.The cats transferred over to using the product with no issue and I was pleased to see that litter tracking with this product decreased significantly vs my original high sided litter box.The customer service was/is great, I was kept informed every step of the way between ordering and receiving the product and even after receiving it got reminder emails showing how to empty the draw and how to perform a deep clean, as well as just general checking in that the product was working well.
It was worth every dollar and I’m so glad I took the leap and purchased it. I recommend this product to anyone considering a robotic litter tray

After LR3s I've owned finally LR4 came. Waited for a year till they release in Australia. Its my personal favourite machine now the 1st best amount all other litter machines I have currently running. Price more but it works wonderfully and quiet. It's really Awesome and best part my Magnificent 7 it's their favourite machine☺️.Never regret a good investment. 😉

Warranty

Subject to the terms and conditions set out below, Cat Evolution Limited agrees to repair or replace the Product which it supplied to you at its own cost, in circumstances where the Product does not perform in accordance with Cat Evolution specifications during:

  1. the minimum warranty period of 12 months; or
  2. the stated Product warranty period if longer than 12 months, commencing on the date of delivery of the Product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the Product.

Warranties of Products purchased from www.catevolution.co.nz do not apply:

  1. To consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
  2. to cosmetic damage, to boxes, packaging or exterior surfaces (including during transit);
  3. to damage caused by use with another product;
  4. to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause;
  5. to damage caused by operating the Product outside any guidelines published for use;
  6. to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Cat Evolution Limited;
  7. to a Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Cat Evolution Limited, including but not limited to installation of custom firmware or other software;
  8. to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal ageing of the Product,
  9. if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Product,
  10. Where proof of purchase (invoice or paid Order confirmation) cannot be provided.

To the full extent permitted by law:

  1. Cat Evolution's aggregate liability in respect of all claims under the Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product or, at Cat Evolution's option, replacement of the Product with a like or similar Product.
  2. Cat Evolution excludes all other warranties, conditions, terms, representations and undertakings whether express or implied.

If we agree that the Products are faulty, we will repair, replace or refund the Products as we choose.

Returning Products

These Provisions Apply In The Event That You Wish To Return Any Products To Us For Any Reason: You Must Tell Us By Email Message To Sales@Catevolution That You Would Like To Return The Product, Specifying Exactly What Products, When Purchased, And Giving Full Details Of The Defect Or Other Reason For Return. We Will Then Issue A Returns Note. If You Send Products To Us Without A Returns Note, We May Not Be Able To Identify Sufficient Details To Enable Us To Attend To Your Complaint. So Far As Possible, Products Should Be Returned:

  1. With Both Products And All Packaging As Far As Possible In Their Original Condition;
  2. Securely Packaged;
  3. Including Our Delivery Slip;
  4. At Your Risk And Cost.

In Returning Faulty Products Please Enclose With It A Note Clearly Stating The Fault And When It Arises Or Arose. We Recommend That You Keep Your Original Product Packaging If Possible. In The Unlikely Event That You Require A Warranty Repair And You Do Not Have The Original Packaging, You Will Bear The Responsibility For Safely Packaging Your Product For Transport And Cat Evolution Accepts No Liability For Any Damage That May Occur In Transit. The Customer Is Responsible To Inspect All Goods Received From Cat Evolution Upon Arrival. In Instances Where Goods Have Been Damaged In Transit, The Customer Must Report This To Cat Evolution Within 3 Days Of Receipt Of The Product. Failure To Report Physical Damage On Arrival Or Within 3 Days Of Receipt May Result In Denial Of Warranty For Physical Damage. Where Products Are Already Faulty Or Damaged Upon Delivery, Photographic Evidence Of The Damage Must Be Submitted To Cat Evolution Via Email To Sales@Catevolution Before The Product Will Be Repaired Or Replaced In Accordance With These Terms.
