Just letting you know that my two cats Jingles and Louis have adapted quickly to the litter robot. Happy to say that their first night with it (without their old litter tray) was a success! No odour when I went down this morning! Quite glad I made the investment and switched over. Scoop away clumping litter works fine as well. Again, thank you so much for all your help.

Thanks Mary, our older Litter Robot is back up and running! After trouble shooting and watching you-tube videos along with Litter Robot online support we identified the part that we needed to replace. The part was swiftly sent out to us (along with a detailed set of instructions on how replace). Now humans and cats are now happily enjoying our Litter Robot again and probably need to order another one... 5 stars for service!
Repair went well and it’s back home doing it’s job. It’s the best thing ever!!!

Yahoo - we seem to be all fixed - so very relieved, managed the replacement fine, scooping abolished once again.
The YouTube clip made it really straightforward. 5 stars not at all appropriate. 6 or 7 stars would be a better reflection. I am a failed fosterer - I used to have many litter trays on the go, no we just have the litterbot, with two trays in storage for any quarantine/isolation requirements.
Happy to report that the replacement sensors arrived yesterday. I installed them today and everything is back up and running again.

Thank you for the great service my part arrived yesterday and tonight we are back up and running. I appreciate the service and support I received.
I have 12 cats and at least 8 use the unit on a regular basis. Some of them are solid builds (7+ kg) and several produce volumes of urine I wouldn't have thought their bladders could hold (large cats/lower urinary disease/ kidney disease). As the unit is meant for a household of 2-3, I think it may have being doing double time at minimum, and triple time as its usual workload ?. I used to have 10 litter trays in operation.
Am not a crazy cat lady, honest!!? - I just fostered and failed spectacularly.
I really appreciate the online support, the litterbot really has saved my sanity ?
Hiya, just wanted to let you know my litter robot turned up yesterday and both my ragdolls absolutely love it. In fact they were both in it and had both used it within a minute of my plugging it in. It is so easy and just feels so much cleaner than the old way of doing things. We absolutely love it

Confirming the parts arrived today and we have successfully managed to replace the DFI sensors and pinch detectors and the robot is working perfectly :-)
I have to say you have been absolutely exceptional with all your instructions and the level of service you provide is top notch, you certainly made a stressful situation a lot less stressful and my cats are very happy to have their robot back up and running. Anyone who purchases the robot can rest assured that the product is not only fantastic and a great investment but to have the assurance that the customer service is awesome should anything ever go wrong. I can absolutely testify that litter robot is the ONLY one that works and lasts. We have had 2 of the other brands alongside the real deal and they were total rubbish and didn't even last a year.
