WHAT DO THE LIGHTS MEAN?

SOLID BLUE LIGHT

Your Robot is ready and waiting for a visit

What to do? Nothing is needed to be done.

SOLID RED LIGHT

Your Robot has been visited and is waiting for the deposits to clump up properly

What to do? Nothing is needed to be done.

SOLID YELLOW

Your Robot is cycling (you should see the globe rotating)

What to do? Nothing is needed to be done.

FLASHING BLUE

Waste drawer is approaching full.

What to do? Empty the waste drawer by removing the full liner. Put in a new liner. Press RESET button once to return to solid blue. Add additional litter to the usual level depending on the density of your litter, and  press RESET once to calibrate the cat sensor. The blue light will blink

FLASHING YELLOW SLOW (1 per second)

Cat sensor has been activated to interrupt the cycle, or the bonnet has disconnected or been removed.

What to do? Wait 15 seconds to see if the cycle resumes, as the Robot may have stopped if a cat got into or on the globe. If it was not a cat interrupting the cycle, check the bonnet is fitted correctly, with rear and front tabs secure. You can check by trying to lift the Robot using the 2 round holes in the bonnet. If the bonnet lifts off, it is not secured properly. Refit bonnet and check that cycling continues.  If the bonnet is on correctly, empty the waste drawer and put in a new liner, to see if there is too much weight in the Robot, activating the cat sensor as the weight of the litter moves into the clean litter pocket. Do not add litter unless you are emptying the waste drawer, to avoid over weighting the Robot.

FLASHING YELLOW FAST (4 per second)

Pinch detector issue.

What to Do?  Turn Robot off and unplug power supply from base. Remove waste drawer and check for obstruction. Push in (do not pull) on pinch detector cover several times to open and close the metal parts in case of debris/dirt.  Plug back in and turn on. Press RESET button once to cancel flashing light and return the globe to home position.

FLASHING RED

Either the cat wont leave the Robot, or there is too much weight inside.

What to do? Remove cat if inside. If no cat, empty the waste drawer and put in a new liner. Press RESET button to cancel the light and reset the cat sensor. Robot should cycle, or if solid blue light, press CYCLE to test.

SOLID YELLOW AND BLUE LIGHT TOGETHER

Sleep mode is active

What to do? If you don’t want the Robot to automatically cycle whilst you are sleeping, this is set at the time you go to bed, and it repeats every 24 hours until cancelled. To deactivate, press and hold CYCLE button for 3-5 seconds until one light goes out.

FLASHING YELLOW AND RED LIGHT TOGETHER
