Litter-Robot Connect: Onboarding the Connect app: I get a red light on my Power button instead of a blue light
It is possible the connectors came loose from the circuit board during shipping. Please open the control panel bezel by removing the 5 screws in the top of the panel. Locate the Hall Effect Sensor circuit board and check the position of the 2 sensor ends. Make sure they are secured and not sticking forward. Also check the small black stand is correctly inserted in the 2 upright pillars.
Perform a hard reset on the Litter-Robot by unplugging the unit from the base while the unit is powered on and start the onboarding process over.
