Litter-Robot Connect: I got a new phone or device. What do I do?

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Download the Litter-Robot app and log on. Once you log on, the settings and history will be saved.
  2. If you do not remember your password, click on “forgot password” and reset it. If you are not able to do this, contact Customer Service.
  3. If you do not remember the email address you used, please contact Customer Service and we can provide you with that information.
