Litter-Robot Connect: I am unable to scan the QR code to onboard my Connect app

First:

  • Make sure camera permissions are turned on for the Litter-Robot Connect app.
  • Make sure your camera is free of smudges and undamaged.
  • If the camera is broken, use another device to onboard the unit.

Then:

  1. Open your device settings
  2. Go to privacy
  3. Go to the camera
  4. Turn Litter-Robot “ON"
